In this area, candidates are guided on how our employment pattern works.
We offer our job opportunnities to the most qualified and interested candidates. All procedures concerning the jobs have been taken care of. We have taken into account all the attendant hurdles associated with securing the jobs in these companies. All the candidates need do is to submit his/her CV with a letter of application and we match the candidate with an employer.
Candidates who emerge successful will receive their appointment packages through our Legal/Resources department.
The following under listed documents will be forwarded to successful candidates:
* Hard copies of Appointment and contract documents from the employing company where a candidate is selected. Interviews are only formalities and conducted face to face on arrival of candidates to the company or office where candidates are employed. But receiving your appointment offer package is already a guarantee that you have been employed.
* Memorandum of understanding from our local office at Oilhotjobs Nigeria detailing on the mode by which candidates will pay our fees after receiving their salaries at the end of every month.
* Names of successful candidates will be published on this website and in some of the national dailies/newspapers.
* Secret code tally and reference numbers will also be sent to successful candidates.
On the receipt of the following documents, candidates will proceed to the employing company with a (TAG/SECRET CODE NUMBER) which will be issued to the candidate alongside other documents. All other information will be provided in the (SUCCESSFUL CADIDATES PAGE) of this website when the names of successful candidates will be published after our screening and employment processes. Check the list after submitting your CV/Resume.
OUR FEES:
We have used money to secure these vacancies and we are much aware of the high cost of living and equally know candidates cannot afford to pay our charges. Therefore we have agreed with all these companies that successful candidates will pay us our charges of Ten percentage of their salary ( 10%) at the end of every month upon the receipt of their salaries for a period of ten months. After which candidates will be free. These charges will only be taken from candidates after salaries are paid to them by their employers. The charges are automatically deductible from the candidates salary at source by the end of the month until the chargres are completed. PUBLICITY:
Our company endeavored to affiliate with communication network providers to reach our candidates. We have sincerely partnered with MTN, GLO, AIRTEL and 9MOBILE in trying to reach our candidates. That is why some candidates will get our information through SMS. We have also advertised in some dailies which may include GUARDIAN, SUN, VANGUARD and other national dailies to reach our candidates.
SALARIES:
Salaries are very attractive especially for those to be engaged in the oil/gas sector.
